Nicole Waliczek
Owner and Founder
I have specialized in the art of marketing, reputation management, social media custom creations, marketing strategies, and website construction for the past five years. I entered this field as a basic level 1 Marketing Representative and fell in love with this field. Marketing is a fantastic outlet for my creativity, so I’ve formed my own company to design and deliver my answer to your vision!
I created Guardian Marketing, LLC as a solution for small businesses that need creative, cost-effective solutions for marketing, social media management, website design, and reputation management. As your consultant, I have the flexibility to focus time and energy on your business goals, without the distractions caused by being part of a bigger corporate organization. Marketing is a creative outlet that’s rewarding to me, and being able to deliver answers to your vision – giving you more time to do what you do best – is even better. My goal is to be your business partner; your Director of Marketing and to build a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.
When I am not creatively building websites, updating social media, or assisting with virtual responsibilities for clients, I am with my family, my husband who is in corporate sales, and my two sons, who are active in many sports, involved with school activities and are always keeping us on the move.
I am a Colorado native and enjoy running, hiking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, cooking, gardening, camping, and am an active volunteer Board Member of my city's youth baseball league. I love giving back, staying active and living life to the fullest!
Ray Waliczek
Director of Sales and Analytics
As an accomplished relationship-builder, I bring a solid track record of account acquisition, growth, and retention. With a proven ability to link sales to your customers’ success through strategic problem-solving, I am prepared to be an immediate producer and contributor to your team.
With a sales background in industries ranging from food services to industrial supply, plus four years as a Security Officer, and an internship at Disney World, versatility has been my core strength. Add my engaging, outgoing, sincere demeanor, my willingness to learn and adapt to any challenge, and you have your team’s next star producer and leader. I’m equally comfortable in individual contributor and leadership roles.
As the Inside Sales Manager in my last position, I enjoyed connecting sales goals to performance metrics, and individual performance to overall company success. I’m an enthusiastic and positive leader, regardless of my role or title. My contribution to any work environment is to recognize and develop each team member’s unique talents and encourage them to succeed within a collaborative culture.
I’m a UNC (University of Northern Colorado) alumnus with a BA in Psychology. I really enjoy working with my wife Nicole to continue to grow Guardian Marketing. In my free time, I tinker in the garage, hit the gym, and cheer for the Chicago Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks.
Our two boys keep Nicole and me super busy with sports, school activities, and music, too. We’re a high-energy family that never stops moving!
